Fixed Monthly Distribution Adjustments
Please be advised of the following adjustments to fixed monthly distributions, effective January 30, 2009.
It’s important to note that the new fixed monthly distributions for the Axiom Diversified Monthly Income Portfolio and the Renaissance Optimal Income Fund were adjusted to align to the target payouts for each class:

The Fund or Portfolio aims to distribute a consistent amount every month. If the amount distributed exceeds the Fund's net income and net realized capital gains, such excess will constitute a return of capital. The amount of distribution is not guaranteed and may change from time to time.
