Luc de la Durantaye, CIBC Asset Management Inc.
Luc de la Durantaye is the Chief Investment Strategist for CIBC Asset Management and leads the Multi-Asset and Currency Management team as Chief Investment Officer & Managing Director. In conjunction with CIBC AM's asset class leaders, he is responsible for shaping overall investment strategy by facilitating shared insights across teams. As leader of the Multi-Asset and Currency team, he is directly involved in the management of the currency process and oversees the Multi-Asset process as well as the firm's Investment Committee.
Mr. de la Durantaye joined CIBC AM in 2002 and has over three decades of investment experience. In a previous role, he was responsible for tactical asset allocation and currency management at the investment management division of a large Canadian financial institution. He began his career in 1985 as a financial analyst at a sell-side brokerage firm.
Mr. de la Durantaye holds a Bachelor of International Finance from école des hautes études commerciales of Montreal. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Stephen Carlin, CIBC Asset Management Inc.
Stephen Carlin is CIO of Equities at CIBC Asset Management Inc. (CAM). Mr Carlin oversees CAM's Canadian and Global equities Portfolio Management and Research efforts. He holds primary portfolio responsibility for Canadian equity core and equity income mandates.
Prior to joining CIBC, Mr. Carlin was Senior Vice-President and Head of Equities at Aegon Capital Management. At Aegon, he managed Canadian balanced, income and dividend strategies and led a team of portfolio managers, analysts and traders. Previous to his role at Aegon, he held the position of Vice-President, Canadian Equities at KBSH Capital Management and Director, Canadian Equities at CT Investment Management Group.
Mr. Carlin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Dominique Barker, CIBC Asset Management Inc.
Dominique Barker is a member of the Equities Research team. She is responsible for research coverage of the utilities, pipelines and real estate sectors.
Prior to joining CIBC Asset Management in 2010, Ms. Barker's past positions include Research Analyst at Credit Suisse where she covered global alternative energy, and Canadian pipelines and utilities, Institutional Equity Salesperson at UBS Securities, Associate, Investment Banking at Newcrest Capital/TD Securities and Associate, Audit and Corporate Advisory Groups, at Ernst & Young.
Ms. Barker holds an MBA degree in Accounting from the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Queen's University. She is also a CFA charterholder.
Patrick O'Toole, CIBC Asset Management Inc.
Patrick O'Toole joined CIBC Asset Management in May 2004. He is a member of the Global Fixed Income team, operating from within the firm's Investment Management Platform. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Algonquin College (Ontario) and is also a CFA charterholder and a Certified General Accountant.

Jean Gauthier is CIO of Global Fixed Income at CIBC Asset Management. Mr. Gauthier oversees CIBC Asset Management's fixed income portfolio management and research efforts. Mr. Gauthier is also an active member of CIBC Asset Management's Investment Committee.
Mr. Gauthier joined CIBC Asset Management in 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He is also a CFA charterholder.

Adam Ditkofsky is an associate portfolio manager focused on the firm's Core and Core Plus fixed income mandates. He contributes to the management of the portfolios, trading and idea generation.
