Investment Objective

To generate a high level of income and long-term capital growth by investing primarily in income producing securities including common shares, preferred shares, income trusts and fixed income securities.

Distribution of Earnings:
The Fund aims to distribute a consistent amount every month ($0.033 per unit). If the amount distributed exceeds the Fund’s net income and net realized capital gains, such excess will constitute a return of capital. The amount of distribution is not guaranteed and may change from time to time.

Pre-Authorized Chequing Investment (PAC) or Group RRSP:
$50 minimum investment for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual deposit.

Systematic Withdrawal Plan:
With minimum initial account value of $10,000. Withdrawals may be made monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. $50 minimum.

Annual Management Fee (excluding applicable taxes): 2.00%

Stephen Carlin, CIBC Asset Management Inc.
Mr. Carlin joined CIBC Asset Management in May 2013. Mr. Carlin is a member of the Canadian Equity team with responsibility for Canadian core and income mandates. Prior to joining CIBC Asset Management, Mr. Carlin was Senior Vice-President and Head of Equities at Aegon Capital Management. At Aegon, he managed Canadian balanced, income and dividend strategies and led a team of portfolio managers, analysts and traders. Previous to his role at Aegon, he held the position of Vice-President, Canadian Equities at KBSH Capital Management and Director, Canadian Equities at CT Investment Management Group. Mr. Carlin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario. He is also a CFA charterholder.


Domenic Monteferrante, CIBC Asset Management Inc.
Domenic Monteferrante joined CIBC Asset Management Inc. in February 1998. Mr. Monteferrante is a member of the Global Equity group operating from within the firm's Investment Management Platform, and is responsible for the Canadian equity product. He holds a Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University (Montreal.) Mr. Monteferrante is a CFA charterholder.
