Annual Reminder Notice to Clients Regarding Standing/Annual Instructions, Fund Facts and Redemption Procedures

Clients who hold Renaissance Investments family of funds, Axiom Portfolios, Renaissance Private Pools, CIBC Multi-Asset Absolute Return Strategy (MAARS), CIBC Mutual Funds, CIBC Family of Portfolios, and/or CIBC ETFs, will be receiving their annual reminder notice regarding the option to receive Financial Statements and/or Management Reports of Fund Performance (MRFPs) for the funds and/or ETFs they hold. The notice also informs clients about their rights with respect to receiving the Fund Facts, withdrawal and rescission, as well as redemption procedures.The notice has been sent with their December 31 mutual fund statements, or in a separate mailing, and may be viewed below:
